Terms of Service

Welcome to Atlas Jr. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Nyah Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Atlas Jr application (the "App").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Atlas Jr is intended for children and is meant to be used with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.

Your license to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. This license is subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store you downloaded the App from.

Things you agree not to do

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the App's source code, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App.
• Use the App in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The App — including its text, illustrations, audio, characters, design, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond the limited license described above.

Purchases and subscriptions

The App may offer optional paid features, purchases, or subscriptions. All payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms; we may use RevenueCat to deliver, manage, and restore your purchases across your devices (see our Privacy Policy for what that involves). Prices and availability may change. Refunds are governed by the policy of the app store you purchased from — please contact that store for refund requests. Any subscription renews according to the terms shown at the time of purchase and can be managed or canceled in your app store account settings.

For parents and guardians

Atlas Jr is designed as a safe, educational experience for children. We recommend that a parent or guardian supervise a child's use, manage any purchases, and set up device-level parental controls. By allowing a child to use the App, you agree to these Terms on the child's behalf.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Atlas Jr is an educational entertainment product and is not a substitute for professional or academic instruction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any.

Changes to the App and these Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Nyah Digital LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
