Atlas Jr (the "App") is a children's educational app operated by Nyah Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Our approach to privacy is simple: we don't run ads, we don't use analytics or trackers, and we don't build profiles of you. The App works without you creating an account or giving us any personal information. The only data handled on our behalf is when you choose to make a purchase — see "Purchases and subscriptions" below.

Information we do not collect

Atlas Jr works without collecting personal information. We do not ask for or gather your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers. Other than to complete an optional purchase you choose to make (see below), we do not create user profiles, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Information stored on your device

So the App can remember things like your progress and settings, it saves a small amount of data locally on your device. This information stays on the device — it is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and it is removed when you delete the App.

Microphone

Depending on your device, the system may display a microphone-related notice because of the audio engine the App uses to play music and narration. Atlas Jr never records audio and does not use the microphone. No sound from your device is captured, stored, or sent anywhere.

Children's privacy

Atlas Jr is designed to be safe for children. We do not ask children for personal information, and we do not use their information to identify, track, profile, or advertise to them. The App contains no third-party advertising, no social features, and no open-web browsing. Any optional in-app purchases are intended to be started by a parent or guardian through the app store's built-in purchase controls. This privacy-first design keeps Atlas Jr aligned with children's privacy rules such as COPPA (US) and GDPR-K (EU/UK). Purchases and subscriptions

Atlas Jr may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never receive or store your name or payment-card details. Please also see the relevant app store's privacy policy for how it handles purchases.

When in-app purchases are offered, we use RevenueCat (a purchase- and subscription-management service provided by RevenueCat, Inc.) to verify, deliver, and restore purchases. In that case RevenueCat processes a limited amount of purchase-related information on our behalf — such as an anonymous, app-generated identifier, your purchase and subscription history, and basic device and country information — solely to make purchases work and to restore them across your devices. Third-party services

Atlas Jr does not integrate advertising networks, analytics providers, or social media SDKs. The only third parties involved are the app stores (Apple and Google) that distribute the App and process any optional purchases, and — if in-app purchases are offered — RevenueCat, which helps us manage and restore those purchases as described above.

Data security

Because we do not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal information on our side that could be exposed. Data saved on your device is protected by your device's own security features.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
