Privacy Policy

Atlas Jr (the "App") is a children's educational app operated by Nyah Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Our approach to privacy is simple: the App shows no ads, uses no trackers, and collects nothing about what your child does. The App works without you creating an account or giving us your name or contact details. The only data handled on our behalf is the limited information our subscription service processes, and Apple's own measurement of our App Store ads — see "Purchases and subscriptions" and "App Store ad measurement" below.

Information we do not collect

Atlas Jr works without an account and without sending us anything about who you are. We do not ask for or gather your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, and the App never asks for or uses your location (the only place-level fact involved is the country a connection comes from, described under "Purchases and subscriptions"). Other than the anonymous subscription record described below, we do not create user profiles, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. Nothing about what your child does in the App leaves the device.

Information stored on your device

So the App can remember things like your progress and settings, it saves a small amount of data locally on your device. This information stays on the device — it is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and it is removed when you delete the App.

Microphone

Depending on your device, the system may display a microphone-related notice because of the audio engine the App uses to play music and narration. Atlas Jr never records audio and does not use the microphone. No sound from your device is captured, stored, or sent anywhere.

Children's privacy

Atlas Jr is designed to be safe for children. We do not ask children for personal information, and we do not use their information to identify, track, profile, or advertise to them. The App contains no third-party advertising, no social features, and no open-web browsing. Any optional in-app purchases are intended to be started by a parent or guardian through the app store's built-in purchase controls. This privacy-first design keeps Atlas Jr aligned with children's privacy rules such as COPPA (US) and GDPR-K (EU/UK). Purchases and subscriptions

Atlas Jr may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never receive or store your name or payment-card details. Please also see the relevant app store's privacy policy for how it handles purchases.

We use RevenueCat (a purchase- and subscription-management service provided by RevenueCat, Inc.) to check whether a subscription is active and to verify, deliver, and restore purchases. Each time the App is opened — whether or not you subscribe — RevenueCat receives a limited amount of information on our behalf:

• an anonymous identifier the App makes up (not your name or Apple ID);
• a device identifier Apple assigns to our apps on your device (the "identifier for vendor" — not an advertising identifier), which RevenueCat uses only to check that a purchase belongs to that device, and does not keep;
• the device model, operating-system version, and language;
• your App Store country, and the country your internet connection comes from — as a country code only; the connection's address itself is not kept on your record;
• your purchase and subscription history; and
• on iPhone and iPad, once per install, Apple's ad-attribution note described in the next section.

We use this to make subscriptions work and restore across your devices, to see how many families subscribe, and for the ad measurement described below. It is never used to show you ads and is never sold. For details, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

App Store ad measurement

We sometimes run ads for Atlas Jr on the App Store. On iPhone and iPad, Apple's AdServices framework can tell us — through RevenueCat — that an install came from one of those ads and which campaign and search keyword it was. This is Apple's privacy-preserving attribution: it contains no name, no advertising identifier, and nothing about your child. RevenueCat keeps that campaign and keyword note with the anonymous subscription record so we can see which ads lead to subscriptions — that is all it is used for. It is never used to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and it is never combined with anything your child does in the App.

Third-party services

Atlas Jr does not integrate advertising networks, social media SDKs, crash-reporting tools, or analytics tools that watch how your child plays. The only third parties involved are the app stores (Apple and Google) that distribute the App and process any optional purchases, and RevenueCat, which manages subscriptions for us as described above.

Data security

Because the App never sends us your name, your contact details or anything about your child's play, there is nothing of that kind on our side that could be exposed. Data saved on your device is protected by your device's own security features.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
